In Windows 11 go to Apps.
Next to FramR click the three dots and select Advanced Options.
Change Let This App Run In The Backgound to Always.

In Windows 10 search for Battery
Click Battery usage by app
Select Show All Apps
Select FramR
Untick Let Windows decide
Untick Reduce the work the app can do
Tick Allow the app to run background tasks
